thers this guy and whenever we walk by each other he'll check me out starting with my eyes down to my feet and back to my eyes and he wont stop till i look away. and when we talk he barrley ever lookes away and looks at my eyes the whole time. what do u think? does he like me, is he a player, and your opinion. what every u think works for me.

May be he is a pervert.... if he cannot talk to you but loves to stare at you making you uncomfortable it seems to me like he is no player but he is pervert...
