I'd have to say Ave Ventura part 1. In the end of the movie when Jim starts beating the crap out of the guy in the chicken costume....I lost it. I laughed so hard I cried.

Ace Ventura When Nature Calls was good back in the day, but I thought Fun with Di.ck and Jane was very funny. Especially the part where they are in the black suits with the thing that changes voices while they are robbing that guy in the chair.
