I know! Right? That is so true. But I think it's because they use high quality meat like roast beef which is expensive. So they have to charge accordingly. If you haven't tried them, try the jalapeno poppers w/cherry sauce. It's very good.

Arby's is more expensive and that is true. The roast beef is 90% fat free and is one of the best products out there in the real beef line. The chicken sandwiches are made from real not processed chicken, that fillet is a real half chicken breast that is breaded. The grilled chicken is actually a grilled on location raw fresh chicken breast. In Richmond ,Va we are using all trans fat free frying oils and all pre-fried items like fries are also processed using trans fat free oils. We offer THE HEALTHIER fast casual dining experience. We serve real food processed minimally to give you the freshest products.

Hardees is at least as high, maybe higher. I wish Hardees still served roast beef, I liked it better than Arbys.

I think arbys chicken sandwiches are better than mcdonalds, and arbys is 100% chicken, idk if that means anything. Plus they have more options for sides, curly or french fries or potatoe cakes. I really dont think they are that expensive, except when it comes to chicken

because roast beef costs more than soy/hamburger and chicken. you get what you pay for, an arbys sandwich is much better quality than the 99cent menu .

I feel ya. I mean, I can get a whopper jr. for a buck and yet I can't get a good roast beef sandwich for less than like $2. Come on! Beef is the same animal product all-around! :)

Because you're paying for roast beef instead of plain old hamburger. Although I have to say their Market Place sandwiches are rediculously high

Arby's uses better ingredients, REAL ingredients, FRESH, NOT imitation. They pay a lot of money to use these real ingredients.
