Yes. If you managed to get your point across, it's definitely worth it. What's the big deal with violations anyways? It's not like you go to jail after you get one.

No - I find them depressing.
They tend to make me think that Yahoo is a backward looking company aimed at dullards.
It makes me think that Google is better.
It seems to damage Yahoos brand image with the market group they are most keen on attracting.
