Put gunpowder on the toe stub and light it with a match to stop the bleeding... give the severed toe to a homeless person.

What you need to do is sew it back on. First get some oral antiseptic gel, like you would use for a toothache or cold sore. Abreva works great for this. Spread a good amount on both ends to numb the skin and make this procedure less painful. If you can find some drugs like Valium or Ambien you might want to take a couple. You will then need to sterilize a # 4 needle and some thread with steaming hot water. The color of the thread doesn't matter, but seam thread used for jeans is more durable for the procedure. Position your toe and apply a liberal amount of "Liquid Bandage" to both ends. This will hold it while you sew and help reduce scarring. Now simply start sewing the toe to the foot making sure to keep the spaces between the thread at around a 1/4". When you are done apply a little more "Liquid Bandage", but do not cover the wound. Keep the wound dry and clean for at least a week and you should see the tissue reconnecting. You won't have much movement with your toe, but you'll save a fortune in doctor's bills.

The best way fix it is to cup off the rest of your toes using childrens scissors. Then you must return the scissiors to the child and borrow their glitter gule. The glue is then apllied to the end of your toes and then you uses some molding clay to create new toes.

You can glue it back on with super glue. Super glue was developed during the vietnam war to fix injuries like yours. It works great for that.

If its your toe then you should see a doctor. If its your toenail, then you can glue it back or tape it but also, if you leave it alone, it will eventually grow back... the toenail that is. If its the toe, its something serious.

Your toes don't just fall off -- if you injured it in some way see the Doctor in the emergency room.
