Eugene the Jeep
Eugene was a gift to Olive Oyl from her Uncle Ben who found Eugene in Africa. His diet consisted of only orchids. He resembles a bear in terms of ears and head, but he has a very large nose, a long tail, and a protruding stomach. He is known for his superhuman abilities.
Attributes:
Yellow in color
Roughly the size of a dog
Walked on his hind legs
The only thing that he could say was the word "Jeep"
Always told the truth (by means of body language or vocal inflection when asked fairly simple "yes or no" style questions)
Abilities:
Said to be able to cross into the fourth dimension
Ability to solve complex problems for Popeye and Olive Oyl
Could walk through walls and walk on ceilings
Limited form of teleportation since he could disappear and reappear in other places

Eugene the Jeep was a little fourth dimensional critter that looked somewhat like a dog. A noted scientist suspected that the Jeep was related to the African Hooey Hound.
Eugene could see the future and teleport (fade out one place and in another place.) He loved to eat expensive orchids. People wanted to use Eugene to place bets. If you asked him a question and he leaned forward and his tail struck straight up, you knew that the answer was ‘yes’. So, bring a big bouquest of orchids and ask your questions!

I've never really wanted to walk through walls but I suppose I would appreciate the ability if I was in danger and needed to get away or get in to save someone else. Good illustration on the 1st and if you are trying to convey the crying inside of a happy face in the 2nd then you did a good job.
