Well, in order to answer your question, I need to know what browser you are using.

If it's Mozilla Firefox: Go to--Tools-->Clear Private Data

If you are in Internet Explorer: Go to -->Tools-->Internet Options--> Clear Browsing History.

And for Internet Explorer 6 and below:
Goto Tools-->Internet Options and select Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Delete History.

For Internet Explorer 7:
Goto Tools-->Internet Options and select Delect then click the 'delect all' button
