Human experimentation?

Well, dozens of science fiction movies, going back to all the old Universal films like Frankenstein; also all the versions of "Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde". Then All the mad doctor science fiction films where human beings turn into bugs, monsters, zombies and the undead. (The Fly" ) "I was a teenage Werewolf". and HG Welles' "The Island of Dr. Moreau" Then there are all the people that were exposed to nuclear radiation and become some kind of monster, such as "The Incredible Shrinking Man" .

How about "Fantastic Voyage". as scientists are shrunken and injected into the human body? Or the comedy version of Martin Short in "Innerspace" and "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids".

In recent years, the psychedelic films, like "Altered States", and the drug experimentation and exploitation films would also qualify as "human experimentation."

Not a movie as of yet but the series the prisoner. Guy is secret agent who resigns frm his job for unknown reason. he wakes up on an island where everyone acts like mindless puppets. Everything there is to find out why he resigned. If he gives this information he will become like all of the other puppets. So he deosn't kow who he can trust and they use mind alteing experiments on him and in one episode allow him to thik he has escaped. I didn't like the series at first unitl I watched a few and understood what was going on. It was a bt strange but cool. Some cool effects considering it was made in sixties.
