I was getting a Code 10 on my Network device (Realtek RTL8139) so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the drivers at least 10 times, but never worked. I tried safe mode, and the internet worked fine for me, so the hardware is fine. I then tried reinstalling Windows, but it still gives me a Code 10 (reinstall drivers) in normal mode, but works fine in Safe mode. I know this isn't a spyware issue because it still gives me the error code right after installing a fresh copy of Windows XP.

Anyone know a solution?

did you format your hard drive before reinstalling your windows, you need to do this to get rid of any errors already on there, if you dont format it will just copy windows over the old one without removing the error
