I just need to know where to go on my computer to access the cookies and temp. Internet folders so I can delete them. I occasionally try to do that, but it has been a long time and I forgot how to. Any help would be appreciated!!
Thanks!

It's easy. On your web browser, go to the tools menu and select Internet Options. In the General tab, there should be a section called Temporary Internet Files. Right there should be buttons allowing you to "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files". Just click on either or both.

In Internet Explorer, choose Tools at the top of the window, Internet Options, then you will see the option to delete cookies and temporary internet files.

If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, open it, go to Tools, at the top of the screen. Click Internet Option, then go to the General tab (should be already there), then go to Browsing History, delete items, and choose what to delete.
