It's easy. On your web browser, go to the tools menu and select Internet Options. In the General tab, there should be a section called Temporary Internet Files. Right there should be buttons allowing you to "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files". Just click on either or both.

If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, open it, go to Tools, at the top of the screen. Click Internet Option, then go to the General tab (should be already there), then go to Browsing History, delete items, and choose what to delete.
