OK what is a product that is like a LINKSYS WIRELESS-G RANGE EXPANDER WRE54G
i want it so i do not need to connect to any wires please help

That is basically a wireless repeater. It "repeats" the signal to expand the range of your wireless network. Suppose your main wireless access point is in the front corner of a home, and you want to be able to sit out on the back patio with a laptop but the signal is too weak... you could use high gain antennas perhaps, or you could relocate the main access point to a more central location in the home, or you could connect a 2nd access point in the opposite corner of the home, or you could use a range expander.

The problem with range expanders is that they are repeaters and run on the same wireless channel and for every repeater you add you basically cut your performance in half, because of the way the wireless protocols work. In some cases that might be fine, in other cases it might be a showstopper, in which case you're back to relocating the main AP or using high gain antennas on the main AP or adding a 2nd access point.

If all you're doing is surfing the net and doing Email, you probably won't notice a performance hit associated with using a wireless repeater.
