This is a very excellent question. Neither because 1 caused the war to begin and 1 can't let it end. So both can stay out in the cold and freeze their @@@ off. They don't deserve any sympathy because they are showing no sympathy for all the soldiers we are losing on a daily basis.

George bush I would let in. Osama, I would sit on til the army special forces showed up to take his fool head off! George Bush may not want to stay long though. He would have an ear full from this american.

Well, if had already been proven that it was THE real George Bush, then George Bush, of course.
To be fair, I couldn't stand Bill Clinton for 8 long years... didn't vote for him twice and I won't vote his husband... I mean wife, either... but, if it was the Clintons or Osama, I'd let the Clintons in.
Osama = terrorist; hates YOU no matter who you voted for.
Clintons = American; portrayal of "when clowns get into politics"
Bushes = American; either you like 'em or you don't

I would let Osama in and feed him a date rape drug... then call wherever I would have to call to get my reward. I wouldn't let Bush in though, I'd just kick him in the balls and tell him I don't let in creatures that lack intellect. :P
