You need to rephrase your question!
What do you mean by science? It is only in the last 150 years or so that scientists have seriously begun to unravel the mysteries behind our universe.
For this reason scientists have neither created the universe nor mankind. The things that scientists have helped make generally seem to impact human life in regard to our comfort, radio, TV, cars, airplanes, hospital equipment, atomic weaponry, etc. Their contributions are not anywhere on the scale of the universe nor even of our solar system.
As far as God is concerned, if you believe in the Bible, it teaches that our universe is an artifact created by God's power and that God and his heavenly sons (today divided into 'good' angels and 'evil' demons) exist outside this universe. These angels can interact with it in various ways, even to the point of taking human-like bodies that posses supernatural abilities. (several more details are not included here, specifically in regard to the differences between angels and demons' abilities)
How do they exist outside this universe? The Bible doesn't exactly say; however, it may be that we are their virtual reality.

Science cannot create but only "studies" the universe and uses the laws and aspects it finds in there to be able to develop new things. The new things it can only "create" in using already the existing material and laws.
So God is the creator of the universe and people who are scientists just try to study the material aspects of this universe with the material tools scientists use today.

Neither.
Since there is absolutely no testable evidence of God's existence, I cannot believe in God, let alone as the creator of the universe. And science is a creation of mankind used to understand and manipulate the universe, so it couldn't create the unviverse. I have come to the conclusion that we simply don't have any way of knowing how the universe came to be.

God created man, man created Science. Science is the study of Gods creation to explain the Glorious activities manisfested by our creator. It should not be used to prove nothing more than, there is a greater power and to help (in what little way it can) comprehend and put to use natural occurances. Theology and Science should walk hand-in-hand but man is toooooo smart to allow that in fair that GOD really does exist and the answers we seek would be too simple for this Universal complexity. How can we comprehend phenominal if we (ourselfs) belittle MAN to being unworthy to look our creator in the face.

God and Science complement each other.
Science is the means to uncover God's mysteries and manifestations. Science dis not create the universe, however, science will help us come to a better understanding of how God loves us by creating the universe. Each discovery and reveling is like a flower blooming to us.
The Bible writes that in the beginning Adam and Eve dwelt in the Garden of Eve in a blissful state of unawareness. There was the Tree of Knowledge which they could not eat. So, what was their existence without knowledge like? Some believe that we all exist in the Garden of Eden prior to our birth here on Earth ... in a loving state without knowledge. Time will always come for us to rebel against God and seek knowledge. in doing so, we give up eternal life in the garden for the quest of knowledge & wisdom.
Science is the outward sign of how much we desire to obtain this knowledge. Science allows us to look inward to infinity (cells, atoms) and outward to infinity (solar systems, galexies, big bang). These scientific uncoverings are helping us cure the sick (as God desires), feed the poor, and above all, search for God.
As a Christian, in the end, we get reconcilliated with God through Jesus ... where we will be in heaven but this time instead of being in a blissful state, we'll have eternal life, knowledge/wisdom, and bliss. So, our journey is our quest to have it all.

How about a good scientific answer... Science does NOT claim to create anything! Science only describes what people observe. Scientists who believe in God say they are describing God's creation. Scientists who do not believe in God say they are describing the world. The explanations, including things like the Big Bang theory, are usually identical, except the religious scientists might say, "as God intended it..." ex. "God created the Big Bang. God directed Evolution. God designed DNA. God is responsible for gravity." Most scientific theories (descriptions) are independent of God-- if you feel like it, you can toss in, "...which of course describes the universe that was created by God."

Science explains how things were created while god is the invention of our primitive barbarian ancestors.... So you're asking to compare a way of observing the universe with a fictional deity...a very apples and oranges comparison...good luck.

Science doesn't create anything, it is only a human method for discovering real answers to questions.
God is an answer some humans used to cover up the fact that they didn't have any real answers.

Asking a scientologist to justify his affirmation on theological grounds? That's like asking a a religionist to justify his belief on scientific grounds. It can't be done conclusively. Sooner or later one or the other must prove or disprove the existence of God.
