What about a DR? Do I qualify to give you an opinion?

It is difficult to say what is wrong with you becuse you need to undergo a proper investigation. Certainly it is possible because you are not on birth control that you moght even be pregnant. You of course could detrmine this by testing yourself by using a kit. That would either eliminate or confirm for you the possibility.

Other than that I would suggest seeing a doctor and possibley getting a refferral to a gynae consult to investigate why these cramps are presenting.

There are many reasons why cramping occurs, some simple and some complicatedf. But i think you owe it to yourself and peace of mind to get the matter looked into just in case its something that needs early intervention. Most answers provided here could only be guess work rather than an informed diagnosis for your problem.

Are the cramps centered anywhere? If it's in the lower right side, could be appendix. See a doctor if they don't go away. If they feel like regular cramps but your period was irregular last month, there's a chance you could be pregnant. I had a friend who got period-like cramps right before finding out she was pregnant. Take a test.

Just curious if you have taken any Ibuprofen or tylenol? Sometimes there are just certain virus' going around such as the flu in our community and we just feel sorta cruddy with stomach ache and cramping. If you are real concerned with pregnancy you should go into the Clinic or ER to be examined.
Best of luck to you..

cramps in the stomach or lower? the stomach is above your belly button. How old are you? was the period heavy? these questions need to be answered if you want the correct help.
