Do you have a regular cycle? Are you experiencing any other symptoms? If you're only a day late, maybe wait a few more days, or you can put your mind at ease and take a pregnancy test (although they aren't always accurate - I took THREE, all with negative results, and then found out I was 3mths preg!). Sometimes stress (expecting your period) can delay it, especially if you're trying to get pregnant. Good luck!

It depends on how many days passed your period you are, and whether you know for sure when your ovulation was. If you know for certain that you ovulated more than 16 days ago and your tempature is still raised, I would definatly go take a test. If your a faithful charter and you have had high temps for (18 days is the general rule) then that is a good sign of pregnancy.

Good Luck!

I hope not! I have always run a low body temp, around 96-97. Don't know what causes it, but it is not necessarily pregnancy. If you have missed your period, then take a pregnancy test. If it is neg, wait a few days and try again, if it is still neg, then you are probably not preg.
