I had this problem too, I had a virus! I had to take it to a repair shop. Sounds like you need to have the computer checked out by a computer repair shop. Call around and find the best place to take it first, I didn't and it cost me a bundle!

It sounds like a virus to me. You could restart in safe mode to do a thorough scan with your virus scan. You do have a virus scan?
Also - check what is running in your startup programs (Start/Run - type in msconfig. Check out all the stuff by Googling on your running computer.

Download Adaware and run it, full search. It does a great job. You probably have spyware or a virus on it.
