I am not a math person. I want to combine the chance of something happening with these four numbers. 38%,33%,60%,36%
what is the chance of at least one of those things occurring?

The probabilities total more than 1, so the events aren't mutually exclusive.
Let's try
P = (1 - (1 - .38)(1 - .33)(1 - .6)(1 - .36)
P = (1 - (.62)(.67)(.4)(.64)
P = 0.8936576

38% + 33% + 60 % + 36% = 167/4 = 41.5%

dont go by this answer, its just a guess..... 42.5%?
