Since this is in the part on polls under Entertainment and Music, I will guess that you have forgotten a song or line which somehow has a powerful connection to your past experiences.
Relax. It will come back to you in a dream some starry night but don't forget to jot it down immediately when you awake or you many lose it again.
Of course if you are talking about something physical like something to do with your body, which you have lost, then tough luck! You won't get it back again. So sorry!

Well let me see here, it couldnt have been your nerve cause you are here asking.. hummmm hoping it isnt that you have lost that lovin feeling, so we wont even go there. C'mon help me out here I'm grasping at straws.... lol
What ever it may be I hope you find it and you gain control of the importance of it again. Gosh darn it do better at knowing where it is at all times once you find it... I cant take this, I'm starting to lose it just trying to help you...
