1. No that wasn't nice
2. The charge for your friend is probably assault (not a good way to deal w/hecklers). There probably isn't a charge for you unless you helped your friend break that guy's jaw.

1. That's not nice, it's pretty rude. But if you're a comedian you have to get used to that and devise some witty, clever responses to diffuse hecklers.
2. That's assault and battery. Unless the guy struck him first your friend could be in big trouble. If he's caught he could be arrested and charged. He could also be sued civilly for the guy's medical bills and pain and suffering. Not a smart idea to assault someone just because you don't like what they say.

Breaking jaws is nice! Heckling and calling names hurt so bad that it makes people cry and run out of the building like Michael Richards' set. BOO HOO!!!

First one, yes you can use anything and everything they say to you in a skit or bit later.
Second one, I believe accesory to a misdemeanor. Or maybe, nothing. You are a witness and IF any charges were filed and a search insued, then maybe witholding Information.

1.not that wasnt nice
2 . and the charge?..probly just a restraining order or somthing like that( for the person that hit him)...but im not totaly sure..{but if you just ran and you didnt him ,then i dont think you would be charged at all for anything ,they shouldn't charge, after all your not the one that hit him...so you should be ok}

Save points?
You loose points for asking questions . . .
If you want points, you have to answer questions (2 points), and hopefully get picked for best answer (10 points).
