I can go to any other website I want so I know it's not my computer, but I cannot seem to even get to the homepage of Myspace it keeps saying that website cannot be found. What is going on here?

Go to tools in your toolbar and select internet options @ the bottom of the list or delete browsing history @ the top...delete all your temporary files and cookies and myspace will work!!! I just did it!!

Myspace has been down lately and its rejecting a lot of requests to access the site. There might be a reason behind thi sbut basically the site is growing more and more everyday therefor sometimes they need to update.
Also...
MySpace could be blocking the IPs of certain users that are more active than others.
This might be casued by some of the functions on myspace being disabled. If you add MYspace.com to your trusted sites it works fine but then you have to add login.myspace.com collect.myspace.com messagin.myspace.com ect. so it takes up a lot of time. and after you find you can access everypage when you sign in it will only lead you to the login page.
If this happens try deleting you cookies evertime before you try to login and have your cookies on high block so that only your trusted sites and very popular sites can access cookies. after that it should work for a whiile. try deleting your cookies again and it should work.

You might be experiencing the same problem as I because I haven't been able to login since 2/2 and today is 2/5... :(
Hang tight for a while, I am confident the techs at myspace are working away at resolving this problem.
Maybe they've been hacked by a cyber terrorist group, who knows!

Well it is the weekend, so the best guess is that so many people are on myspace that it's having trouble loading and stuff. Try back again later, and if you still can't, then I have no idea!

yeah It's not just you. my computer is doing the same thing. Give myspace a few days and the site should be fine.

Myspace login procedures have major issues. I have been in touch with tech nupport to correct the problem.

I set this up just so I could answer this question.....I can't get on Myspace on my computer but I got on earlier today at my mom's office....that doesn't make any sense to me.
