i took the test in school---its equivilent to a 1750 on the sats

If you took the psats, and don't know what a good score is, it makes me wonder if you took the test for the right reasons.

as a sophomore, that's impressive. your scores should increase even more next year and you might have a chance to become a National Merit Commended Student. you probably won't get any money but you'll get a nice piece of paper like i did lol (i scored a 189 as a sophomore and 206 as a junior)

not bad. look at the percentile - it's prolllllly around 75 percentile??? iono. ask your friends that get similar grades as you about their scores. the score's supposed to reflect how much you've learned, so if you did better than others w/ similar grades, then it's good. if you did the same, that's good too.

its a good starting point and means you have a lot of potential. now work hard, get review books, and study.
