What would be your first choice if given a chance to change something that is beyond your control in your life right now?

People, in general, would have more empathy for other humans and animals. I want people, including myself, to take time to see things from others' points of view before making judgements or taking actions.

I am 46 years old. I used drugs for approximately. 26 years. I now have about 6 1/2 years clean. Given a chance to change, I would never have used.

I would make a major publishing company offer me a lucrative book contract so I could make a living as a novelist. That's been a dream of mine since I was a kid, and I know I have the creativity and talent to write 2-3 quality novels a year if someone would just give me a chance.

Starting a non profit business that I have been researching for cleaning up nature. I keep hitting really strange snags. Like a truck honestly pulled in front of me 1-1-07 and totalled the van I used for doing my research, prep work, and actually going out and cleaning up our planet. It was his fault and he took blame, BUT, that is just the little things. My choice would be an open pathway to starting the biz.

That my husband might get the idea in his head, that if a wife works fulltime, that it could be good once in a while to do the dishes, or to make some order in the house, or to mow the lawn. Somehow he does not get that idea in his head by himself and I am tired to remind him, and if I would have a chance to change that, this would be something very nice.
