i have a 67 GTO. What is the correct color for this block?
I have heard blue metallic, blue green, blue green metallic, turquiose, metallic turquois. GM corporate blue and the list goes on. actually if anyone could tell me what colors were used throughout the years would be a big help.

1966 - 1970
Sliver-Blue Metalic

Ditzler Code 13255

((1966 to 1970 No Hint of Green))

Extra info: 64 to 65 is Robins-Egg Blue (No green tint)
Ditzler Code 11561

Starting in 1971 Switch back to Robins-Egg Blue, With Green tint
My chart stops in 1974...

Also side note, If your going for "points in a show" when you paint your engine. paint the Oil Filter also. Keep your expensive White A/C filter in with your spare parts box for display. All engines that left the factory had the oil filter painted in the car.

Pontiac blue metallic is correct. The paint changed a bit over the years, but it was always a blue with a hint of green and metallic. Not the same as GM or Ford blue. The auto store high-temp paint in "pontiac blue" is pretty accurate.
