Use pearl drops toothpaste and listeine pre-brush whitening rinse. Using both of those make your teeth whiter in a few days.

Rinse your mouth with peroxide after brushing, but make sure you rinse your mouth out afterwords and don't swallow. They say to dilute it a bit first, especially if you have sensitive gums... but I use it full strength with no problems.
