Why is it when I am talking to someone from another Country, they want me to turn on my webcam and then when I do, they take my picture?

Well if you are female, they have this fascination with American girls. Probably get you picture and tell everyone that you are his gf. Who knows.

Probably to sell or have all over the net with your face on someones naked body. Dunno but thats kinda weird for them to take your pic!
