When you have your tower open look at the connection to put another card all the way to the top of the other maybe white slots and maybe brown slots. The slot will have either color Blue or Black and it looks like this ------------------- -- and underneath the slot you will see in small letters that it will say PCIE ##### they always put numbers if it looks like this ------------ or --------- --- or --- ----- --- - than they are not the ones because those a are AGP "Advanced Graphics Protocol" and the one that looks like this --------- --- that is a regular pci that will fit a modem for dial up Internet. If you know this already sorry about too much info but that is about the best way i can describe it with out getting too geeky

there's no such thing as pcie (that I know of)
All pentiums and beyond have a PCI video slot
so I'm confident that you have one
some even have an AGP video slot
to identify if you have any available PCI slots, check under the cover, they are long white boxes with slits and many metal contacts in the slits, they kinda look like the part of an old console game system, where you put your game in (nintendo, sega, etc..), just white.

You can look up the system specifications at the manufacturers website or download a program such as Sandra-Lite (free). It will give you that information.
