Barber's Adagio for Strings
Stevie Nicks: Gold Dust Woman
Kansas: Dust in the Wind
Jewel: Pieces of You (the whole album, not just the song)
Gary Jules: Mad World
The Cure: Love Song - this song isn't sad but it's somehow depressing. The Cure are talented that way I guess :-P
Nirvana: Something in the Way
Evanescence: My Immortal
Seether w/ Amy Lee: Broken
The Doors: The End
If you want to really feel sorry for yourself, you can't go wrong with The Cure, Morrissey, or Nirvana's album In Utero.
Sorry, I don't know exactly what music qualifies as emo. I don't follow genres or trends, I just listen to things that I like.

Anything by Pink Floyd. But, "The Final Cut" you might want to avoid if you're the suicidal type.
"Cat's in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin
"If you could read my mind" Gordon Lightfoot
"Time in a bottle" Jim Croce

Two:
OH, MY PA-PA
Eddie Fisher
Oh, my pa-pa, to me he was so wonderful
Oh, my pa-pa, to me he was so good
No one could be, so gentle and so lovable
Oh, my pa-pa, he always understood.
Gone are the days when he could take me on his knee
And with a smile he'd change my tears to laughter
Oh, my pa-pa, so funny, so adorable
Always the clown so funny in his way
Oh, my pa-pa, to me he was so wonderful
Deep in my heart I miss him so today.

MAMA by Connie Francis
When the evening shadows fall
and the lovely day is through
Then with longing I recall
the years I spent with you
Mama, I miss the days
when you were near to guide me
Mama, those happy days
when you were here beside me
Safe in the glow of your love
Sent from the heavens above
Nothing can ever replace
The warmth of your tender embrace
Oh, Mama, until the day
that we're together once more
I'll live in these memories
Until the day that we're together once more

"Mother" by Pink Floyd
Actually, lots of songs from the Pink Floyd album "The Wall" are pretty depressing (in a good way.) :)

"Without You", a cover done by Mariah Carey and originally done by Nilsson, is one of the most depressing slow songs I have ever heard. "All By Myself" by Eric Carmen is pretty depressing, too.
