Well, it is a very long precess. First you must stand on your head and drink a galss of water, while you balance a statue of Martin Luther King on your toes. If you achieve this then you may proceede to step two, which is; dance a little jig in front of the capital biulding and shout, "addidas is the king!" for seven hours and 3 minutes exactly. You don't learn telekinesis! It's like a deformity of the brain, you're usually born with it. And to give yourself telekinesis, I'd say you'd have to do alot of studying and heighten your sense of your surroundings. It would take alot of time and effort.
