Each gender has its own weaknesses and strengths. Things even out.

No, I don't believe there is a weaker gender. Each gender has it's own individual strengths. Women have to have the physical and emotional strength to push a 10 lb. baby out of our tiny vaginas. We have to deal with excruciating, want-to-die pain when we have menstrual cramps. Now, i do have to say that sometimes we are emotionally weaker when we have pms, but it requires strength to overcome the hormones. It also shows strength on the guys part to be able to deal with us in a loving manner when we have pms. Guys are naturally stronger physically, but not stronger in every other area of life. Men and women balance each other out.

If you mean weak like Darwin means weak, then yes. Put a man and a woman on two deserted islands and see which one lives longer.
Also depends on if you actually want to get something done rather than just sitting around talking about it. I'm the only guy in my office and I'm amazed by how much time is wasted by the women feeling the need to be validated.

Women are able to carry babies for nine months, they are able to give birth, they are able to raise children, do their housework AND do outside work. Trust me, we are NOT the weaker gender.
