First of all, realize that when you ask questions on here you are not actually talking TO the computer, so asking "What do YOU mean by this" is dumb.
Secondly: Get Linux or an Apple. Better all around

You have a virus, that corrupted something, probably.
That error means, well, it can't access that data in the memory address space.. technical.
