It all depends on ones perception , thinking and liking to consider a thing as a gift or a curse. But, sometimes, it happens that knowingly or un-knowingly we say/give/ offer a thing which can have the dual meaning. For example, if we go to see a person suffering from very painful decease and give him ASHIRVAD of long living . He may consider it a gift if he gets cured and lives for long , but ,it will be a curse if he has to live with the pain. Similarly, if ones close relative is transferred far away on promotion ,then one way it is a gift as he has been promoted, but on the other hand it is a curse as he has to go far away , may be alone .
Therefore, one has to accept the things in the life as it comes without thinking too much about gift or otherwise.

clairvoyance. It is in fact a gift but a lot of people consider it as a curse because those who have developped it often are ridiculed and laughed at. It is a gift when it is used to help humanity with unconditionnal love. Not for greed and false pretenses.

The whole you are made of...
depends on the way you use yourself...
if you do good deeds your body is a gift and if you are doing bad it is a curse for you and everyone related to you...

For me personally, it would be having children. Defiantly a gift and a blessing but at the same time they bring many worries, expense, very time consuming and as a parent your lucky if they visit when there grown.

Immortality! This seems to be the one of the major endeavors that man has been chasing since his beginnings. But if you were to have it it would be most definetly be a curse and a blessing.

Anything really.
everything has two sides to it.

Yin and yang.

The rain. We are in the middle of a drought, and yet, when a function is organized, like an outdoor concert, it rains.

Thats life!

everything in moderation, isn't that what the thinkers say?

Too much of anything is bad, not enough is bad also.

Is this the sort of thing you are looking for?
