Please don't take ANY over the counter medications unless you ask your doctor. OTC meds may seem harmless, but you don't know what they can do to a developing baby. Feel better sweetie.

I would not take anything over the counter without consulting my doctor. If you are losing weight during your pregnancy (significant amounts) than your doctor can prescribe phenergran. It is an acid reducer that will reduce the amount of acid in your stomach. This will not harm the baby but the prescription is designed for extreme cases of nausea. I lost 17 pounds in the first 4 months of pregnancy and could not even keep water down. I was sick two or three times in an hour. Some women have an overproduction of acid, you may be one of them. If you are gaining weight normally and are not at risk of severe dehydration or hospitalization then they probably will not write out the prescription. It is used as a last resort.

Do NOT take anything without consulting your doctor first, there aren't many safe over the counter medicines available for pregnant women so make sure you ask.

Most doctors will approve tums, but they advise it more for heartburn than upset stomachs. You should ask your doctor to be certain what he advises as well as a limit to how many, how often and how many days you can take them in a row before you have to stop (they usually say no more than a week), before you try taking anything.
I had to go to the hospital early in my pregnancy and before I left they asked me if I was feeling sick to my stomach at all, since my insurance would cover it, they gave me some meds that I had to let melt on my tongue, they cost 25$ a pill, but boy did they work! If you've got insurance that will cover medications, your doctor may be willing to prescribe you something if you ask for it. If your insurance won't cover it though, it's awfully expensive...

I'm not sure which OTC med you're considering, but it should be okay once or twice until you can get to the doc and get a prescription. There is a prescription available for this purpose. Ask your doc Monday.

NOPE...All you get is Tylonal while you're pregnant. Nothing for nausea. Try some saltine crackers. They're great for nausea during pregnancy.

No; do not take any kind of medication without your doctor's consent. Your baby is at a very vulnerable stage, and the fetal effects of many medications are either very severe, or simply unknown. Don't risk it!

Consult with your OB first, but mine told me that if I got too nauseous I could take Dramamine..(motion sickness). My neighbor used this for her morning sickness and it really helped her out.
