Blind Date. I had just gone through a very messy breakup and was down in the pits of despair, so one of my friends decided to introduce me to one of her boyfriend's friends. I went to that party reluctantly but the guy turned out to be pretty nice, so afterwards he invited us all to his house (he had just moved in there) for drinks. We sat in front of a fireplace drinking wine (which was pretty romantic) and then he started telling me about the gnomes that sometimes walked on his roof and had parties there, I thought he was joking and said so, and he told me that he wasn't joking, that some gnomes lived there and that he had prepared traps to catch one of them and was planning to disect him afterwards. Needless to say, I thanked him for the wine and then left. Now he lives on a mountain cause he claims he has made contact with aliens.
I am not exagerating any of this.

with my boyfriend (now of 2 years almost!) i went to a pizza parlor and we had just started dating and he was so nervous he was trying to talk and his voice cracked so loud it was so damn funny tough i couldn't stop laughing but it eased the tension and bam here we are today!
