I have tried every eyeliner out there because I have the same problem. The one brand I found that never comes off until you take it off is Lancome. I work outside a lot so I had to find an eyeliner that was sweat proof because I did use Maybelline liquid. Which works good, but isn't sweat proof. The Lancome is a bit pricey, but the bottle lasts me for months. This is what I buy, and I highly recommend it.

NO!! Don't do it. I strongly advise you NOT to do it. I've seen people with it, and it's not the most attractive thing in the planet. And I'm sure it would hurt like hell to get it done. Just try experimenting with different kinds of eyeliner. A liquid one wouldn't smudge. Try the Very Sexy Liquid Eyeliner from Victoria's Secret... I use that and it never smudges on me. Just apply it and wait for it to dry. Or pretty much any liquid eyeliner works. Whatever you do... don't get permanent eyeliner.

I definentily wouldn't suggest it my aunt got it done and it looked so fake and she totally regretted it. If there is a brand of black eyeliner that you really like how it looks and how it goes on then you should just buy She-Laq by Benefit it is a waterproof sealant for eye makeup and it will keep your eyeliner in place all day.

I have permanent eyeliner tattooed on me and it is one of the best things I've ever done. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would, and have never regret doing it. I wake up, throw on some lipgloss and head to the gym!! Just make sure you go to someone good!!

DON'T DO IT! check out the web for images of it done - it's only for those that relish the thought of being laughed at behind their backs forever. I use Loreal Lineur Intense. Comes is a gold tube - liquid, easy to use, lasts all day, of with regular washing.

I HAVE PERMANENT EYELINER. I GOT IT DONE ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. I LOVE IT. BUT ITS NOT AS THICK AS I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO SOMEONE WHO DOES A GOOD JOB. TELL THEM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME OF HER WORK. DOESN'T HURT AT ALL WHEN ITS GETTING DONE BUT IT IS PAINFULLY FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER WARDS BUT ITS VERY WELL WORTH IT. GOOD LUCK

DO NOT! stop halt .. just freeze. Have you seen anyone with it? Cause I have and I would never reccommend it. Make sure you fully research it, and not just by looking at the place's example pictures. BUT REAL PEOPLE
