what is the best cream to put on your face?

I've combination skin. I tried almost every cream there is but some of them clog up my pores or give me pimples and others don't get rid of my drieness. I want something that will last through the day and don't give me pimples as long as it's no more than $ 15.

Proactiv! Everybody knows this! ALthough its more than $15, its still the best thing out there.
