get rid of an ugly birth mark on my back.

Two things: First I would have a prominent protruding bone on my nose reduced a bit. This would make me look better, even though it cannot much improve my not-so-attractive a face! I have learnt to live with it all these years.
Second, I would like to have a bit of hair implant done, as I have a tendency to lose hair fast. (It is genetic.) Grey hair is OK, but no hair is NOT!
Presently I cannot afford both operations.

I woul have a breast lift. I don't think I'm too small or too big, but after you a baby I was told no matter how young or old you are there is an automatic drop in your breast. I would not have a lift until I was done having children and I have one now, so after my second I will be done and will have a lifte at that time

uhmm i would get my face shape changed i dont like the shape of my face....or lips injected they r big but flat!!! agravates me.....i think thats about it im happy with everything else!
u should always love ur self but enhancing ur self is wonderful also :)
