Maingear. they are a boutique computer shop just now getting popular on the national level. They have the absolute fastest computers out there, including overclocked ones that use top of the line hardware and are covered under a warrenty.
Second in line I'd say is voodoo pc's but dell reccently bought them out so their quality will soon go downhill just like it did when they bought alienware. They'll just use the name and dumb them down. Why would the want to compete with their own XPS line of performance pcs?
others to consider are falcon northwest and abs computers.

Dell pc's have good value, and hp has little better value than dell. macs are only good for video editing and that sort of buisness. yet newer macs can run windows. oh, by the way, stick with xp for a while and get a free vista upgrade coupon (i think they are still out until march) and upgrrade to vista later

I have had a HP pavilion 515n now for 6yrs. I have had absolutely no problems with it since i purchased it.. If i ever decide to get another comp it will be a HP.

my man thinks apple...i wouldnt know i just turn them on and use them..as long as they have internet im a Happy Camper!
