New Zealand, where the Lord of the Rings trilogy was filmed, is beautiful as well. And there is no place like Italy and France....

Number one has to be Tahiti. It's magical. The most beautiful ocean I have ever seen. It's definitely peaceful and heavenly.
Hawaii is a beautiful too. I used to live on Oahu and visited a few of the islands. Kauai has the most beautiful water falls.
I've never been to South Africa, but I've seen pictures of the beaches, they are beautiful.
Mexico resort areas are beautiful. In order Cozumel, Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Puerta Vallarta.
Caymen Islands have beautiful beaches and clear water.
Another place that I haven't been but would love to go would be Costa Rica. Between the beaches, volcano, and rain forest, it's got to be beautiful.
As you can see, mine revolve around beaches and the ocean. Almost anywhere near the ocean is heavenly and beautiful to me.

Without a doubt, Banff National Park.
Jasper, one of the cities mentioned by Penelope's Mom, is in the same area. Banff, Jasper, and Canmore are all very pretty.
