In my opinion the affect is small. Unions in this country are one of the backbones of labor and government can break the union at any time. Our government wants revenue and the more big business makes the better taxes government gets. Air traffic controllers is a prime example of government breaking a union. When the workers get angry, poor, and are exploited we call for arbitration. Look at health care, everybody should have it, but our government will put no pressure on business to provide it. Retirement is another case.

The rich exploits the poor by creating jobs for them and giving them wages for their labor.
The Marxists free the poor from the burden of having to earn their living. They prevent the rich from being rich by making everyone equally poor.
