If you have a little girl she will love it but set an amount and stick to it! Some of the 'bears' are affordable but some are very pricey and if you don't watch it, you'll spend quite a lot more than you intend. You will also need to keep a lid on the 'outfits' or accessories. ($$$$$) As long as you are able to help her get excited about the stuff you can afford, it is well worth it as a one time thing. (Or a few times.) Just subtly steer her to the affordable stuff. "OOOOOh, honey, look at that ADORABLE one over there!" You get the picture. Even if they want one that is not the least expensive, they will probaly be happy as all get out if they get to do the assembly (that's one of the funnest parts of getting one of the things) and won't push for the outfit or accessories. It is fun for girls and quite a cute experience.

I have a 14 year old and my oldest daughter has a daughter that's 5 and I take both of them. You can have so much fun there and the kids love it. It may be expensive but its worth it for the kids.

No.. It is very expensive and hokey.. Young girls liked it.. But you can find lots of other things to do for a ton cheaper.. All the bears the girls want aren't covered in the package so cost extra..

Oh yes it is totally worth it. im 15 and i love going their. its kinda pricey but totally worth it. my bear with the accessories shoes the clothes and stuff was about $50. but its extremely fun.

It depends on the age of the child. My two nieces loved it. You can even add a voice box to them.
