I would just like to say that I've always thought Ted Kennedy, Hilary Clinton and Joe Biden put the "ic" in Democratic. But I guess that is just a personal opinion. I'd throw in Chuck Hegel but he isn't a Democrat. At least that is what he claims.

Two letters make a big difference, and if they didn't then one might be able to say the Publican Party or Republic Party, but it changes the meaning of what is said. The media is making a much bigger deal over this than are any Democrats, and the Democratic Party does have far more important matters to focus upon than another of Bush's gaffs.

In response to your 2ND question you are right. That is why the Democrats were elected to Congress. The American people are fed up with Bush deserting American tax payer dollars to some foreign country. We should be worrying about growing problems in the UNITED STATES!!! That is why Democrats beat the republicans and we will prevail again in 2008.

Aren't you late with this hate mail? Your president has spoken before the Democratic Party meeting today and apologized for the err and out of respect for the loyal opposition would not do it again. He even referred to his party as the Republic Party. So next time you want to spew your mindless hate against people who you obviously know nothing about think of Bush and his meeting today.

I'm a Democrat, and I hadn't even heard of this, which I suspect answers both of your questions. Find something else to whine whine boo-hoo about.

I C is very important to a Democrat. I don't know why but it is. I would think the American people should be more important than I C. But then again maybe not.

Not the first mistake Bush has made. Everyone knows it is the Democratic Party.

As I am one of many people who leave off the pesky last syllable of the word "country" when I think of George W, I'm willing not to get upset about him leaving off the last syllable to describe the other major political party..
