can someone tell me what buffy finds out about spike on episode 7 in season 7?

She learns the the vampire she has been talking to in the cemetary(he was a former classmate) was sired by Spike, which means that he can now harm humans (remember he had the chip in his head so he shouldn't have been able to do that).

Plus, with his soul, he wouldn't eat humans anyway. But with the First singing, you never know what can happen.
