For the first time ever, I went to El Pollo Loco....in there I saw at least 30-40 chicken on the grill.... plus every 5-6 min they add few more chickens. Dude imagine how many chicken die daily because of us. They are bunch of El Pollo Loco out there, and I bet its not just El Pollo Loco that cooks so many chickens, but KFC, Popeye, etc...
Man I wonder how chickens are not yet extinct.....
and we also eat dozens of eggs......I know this sounds strange but I kinda feel sorry for chickens

first of all, the eggs we eat aren't fertilized meaning there is no embryo inside, it wouldn't hatch even if you didn't eat it. there's no getting around the fact we kill to eat. the modern human is just so far removed from the process it never crosses the mind. i tried being vegetarian for a year and became so ill i had to be hospitalized, i'm not condeming it, i applaud it but some bodies will not take to it. so i looked back to my Cherokee heritage to find peace with it i honor and thank the animal for giving it's life that i might live. this makes perfect sense to me. each of us must make our own decision on this matter.

I heard a rumor that either fish or chicken will be extinct by 2040 the rate were eating them.
