I was also born on October 23rd 1984 at 8:02PM. We were born on the libra/scorpio cusp. I was born at night, thats probably why I feel more scorpio. What time of the day were u born? Morning, Afternoon, Midday,night? I'm more scorpio but u might be more libra. I think I'm more scorpio because,I am jealous in relationships, I'm secretive and more introverted, I am very loyal and generous to the ones who are loyal to me. Loyalty is sacred to me. I respect honesty. I hold animosity towards people from 5 or 6 years ago to this day, I rarely forgive and I never forget,and I am a straight freak in the sack. Scorpios have good memories. But then my libra side may come out, cuz in some situations I tend to be in the indecisiveness, but that only comes out once every blue moon. And then thru my libra side, I don't like loud arguments(screaming matches), I like more to debate and have a intellectual like conversation. there is no such thing as a cusp, you are either one or the other, a cusp is a misconception. You are a libra with an aquarius or pisces moon, i'm going to bet its pisces becuase the moon was only in aquarius from midnite to 1 or so.... i imagine you to be deeply affected by people or your partner, often making sacrifices, for the sake of the relationship.
