Well I've heard people say that they fell up the stairs...u kno when ur walking up and u fall lol. But I guess you're right!

You could've fallen off the wagon
You could've fallen short of your target
You could've fallen asleep at the table
so I think the direction of the fall does help us all
to visuallize just how clumsy you are.

No, you can fall sideways backwards, over, and under. But I don't know I guess those are all in a downward position.

in a way when you jump (if you are jumping up and not off of something) you are falling up
