not at all and he is in my one class i dont even look at him. but he always looks at me alot he is my cousin.

1. Maybe he has a secret and he doesnt know how he's going to tell it to you.
2. Maybe he notices something new about you that he has never seen before.
3. Maybe he wants you to look back at him because he wants to say something to you (he might want u to read his lips)

First ask him why he is looking at you.If its because he thinks you are pretty or something sexual tell him you don't feel the same and remind him you two are cousins.
