Slow down. To the days when we have to use a pen and paper to write memos, highlight the names on the memos and finally put the memos into the respective pigeon holes. We're burning up our brain cells now faster than before. That probably explain the increase in the number of folks requiring mental doctor assistance.

I need to SLOW DOWN. I have already sped through most of my life soooo fast that I missed out on sooooo much in the process. I have now learned to slow it down and take it all in. Beacuse you just might miss something :)

slow down life is to short to fly through because it is your only time on this world to let it past by and get nothing out of it. Plus we all need to spend time with every one you love to make our life more fulfilling and not so crazy and meaning less. I've had to slow down my life for awile because of my job was taking me over. So I took time off to spend with my entire family! Now I'm ready to work but not to hard like last month!!! So every one slow your life down before it passes by and your life is spent with nothing but dull memories!!!
