Excuse me? If this is true, why are so many children placed in foster care?

I even had video tape too, they refused to let it in to the court.
I still won custody of my 13 yr.old daughter though. Now she's 25 Masters Degree and a Big fancy job,Way to Go Babe,Love of My Life. Then I went after the slimy 450 lb.pig judge whom violated my child and me.He is off the Bench in New York State for life,or will face my charges at the Judicial Conduct Board in Albany,NY.
I had nothing,Just a Love for a Higher Power and My Child, and read Scriptures.
Stay Strong,Believe in The Truth as the Truth never changes, lies always do.

there are good and bad in all things, female, judges and parents included.
there are no 'fathers rights' in court
there are no 'fathers rights' in court
there are JUST the mothers rights. their needs come before ALL of dad's.
so, you cant just uproot a child because you think a parent 'unfit' (female who has custody). the schools may not like the parent, but as long as all a female has custody they normally look the other way, thats all they care about.
as for friends and family views; their opinions are correct, so the courts dont want to hear it. they are so used to granting custody to the mom theyve forgoten what a fair herring is.
video tape they dont have time to view, they made this law to elimate a posibilty of a father getting custody by showing there mom smoking crackt.
that is what i did with my ex. she didnt change the childrens clothes, give meds, take the child(ren) to the hospital when injured, discussed adult issues to them (child support, court, custody fights, me), bad mouthed their papa (me) with trashy names, , was always late pick up and/or drop off (unreliable), drinking infront of them, picked apart their clothing, hair cuts, shoes, friends (made them feel bad about themselves), trying to sway the childrens opinions, etc
i got her drunken mom on video tape too.
i proved she was what i said she was... a terrible parent... and one who didnt know how to SHUT HIS PIE HOLE infront to the kids.
and guess who has them .......SHE DOES!
i love to spoof

the term deadbeat dad is a political tool,it serves no interest for the childrens benefit. in fact if a mother says something like that in front of the child,it is a violation of the court order. i have been on both sides in rthe child support and custody issue. it was a tough battle winning custody of my son, without a lawyer.

so, she had a criminal professional and he only out and paid? nicely, that develop into his first mistake.... although, he did go away the state so he really abandoned his little ones interior the regulations eyes... doesnt count what he says about any thoughts... in very truth, he develop into out of state. once you do this, you abandon your kin. Its too undesirable your brother is going via a not person-friendly time... it ought to extremely damage to lose your spouse and take care of this...... getting a criminal professional may be intense priced... it wouldnt damage to seek advice from criminal help... i'm assuming he may qualify because you pronounced he has a low paying activity.... all he needs to do is get a glance for advice from and the place of work artwork.... a minimum of that way he receives some criminal advice. i'm no longer particular if the advice will be in his pick... even though it doesnt damage to a minimum of locate out. kin destroy united statesare under no circumstances person-friendly... and regrettably its the little ones who damage the most.... his little ones are indignant in the route of him.... they grew up without their dad... in spite of the justifications.... he would have considered his little ones had he tried.... yet he chosen to commence a sparkling kin and use state lines and an ex as his excuse no longer to be a father. My opinion is this, once you've little ones and also you adore them, come hell or intense water, your going to make certain them... end of tale. human beings make possibilities... and they ought to stay with the outcomes. sturdy luck for your brother

If the child is really unhappy with how they are being treated by their mom, they can speak up and tell the court that, and they will probably listen, but sometimes they might not want to talk about it.
I think women get off easier than men sometimes. Like a woman could have sex with an under age boy, and she might not get as long in jail (if any time) than a man would get if he did the same thing.

Get you a lawyer, and prove her unfit. If she's not shacking up, smoking dope, drinking, and partying then you really have no case. Hating her guts for ditching you doesn't constitute as "unfit" to have custody of the kids.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I once had a neighbor who not only beat her kids but allowed her minor children (all under 10 at the time) to smoke pot. She supplied it for them. I witnessed this with my own eyes. I turned her in. I was sitting there when CPS came to investigate. She (of course) denied all allegations. The children were all covered in bruises. The caseworker said and I quote " Sorry for bothering you mam. You have a good afternoon"

I agree with you . It seems like the mother needs to be a Axe murderer in order to lose custody. I think its changing somewhat , but the bias towards the mother is still prevalent .
