To defragment, or DEFRAG, is pretty easy.

You mean defrag. In WIndows XP, select Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter

To defragment click start.
Go to All programs>Accesories>System Tools>Disk Defragment
You can also go to the start menu and click on:
control panel>performance and maintenance>rearrange items on your hard disk to programs run faster

go to start/click on accessories/click on system tools/click on defrag/click on analyze/it will tell you if you need to defrag normally. when its done click on defrag. It will take several minutes to complete.

defrag is what you ment ~~ your pc isnt on the rag lol
