I am in my thirties and have had great close friends in my twenties but each one of them moved and got married with kids. I try to make new single friends that are girls but it seems everygirl I meet has a huge attitude problem. What is up ladies? Why are most girls so rude towards other girls?

I am very nice and take care of myself and have no self esteem problems so I don't think it is me.

Let's be honest...women don't like other women. Right off the bat a woman 'has her claws' out for other women b/c they 1st of all are most likely intimidated by you. You may be more attractive or have more personallity therefore putting the other woman out of the 'center of attention' spot.
Other women are just plain jealous of their men. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do or don't do, they see you as a threat to their relationship...therefore attitude towards you is a way of 'keeping the enemy at bay'.
Other women just plain and simple don't get along w/ other women. They have men for friends and men for lovers. They just don't have the ability to bond or get along w/ other women.

women view other women as competition.You could be so nice,but you are still a threat to most.But don't worry,do what makes you happy,personally i think some friendships are over rated. But anyway,good luck to ya chica.

thats a great question. i don't know why but females seem to feel intimidated by other females. so they will mug you and look you up and down and find something to gossip about if they think you look or act better than them
